For a listing in our Directory

There are 2 steps to take to List Your Practice on the North Tarrant Mental Health Professionals Directory. The 1st step is to complete a data collection form. The 2nd step is to pay the listing fee.

Step #1 - Complete the online Data Collection form:

Providers:   Complete the Service Provider Data Collection form.


Facilities:   Complete the Facility Membership Data Collection form.

The NTMHP Directory depends on donations to offset the operating expenses of the organization, such as for this website. A $ 30 donation for providers and $ 40 for facilities is requested to cover expenses of NTMHP and can be made online using PayPal, or by sending a check to the address below. This is an annual membership, which begins in April of each year.

You may be able to use this as either an advertising or membership expense on your income tax. Please consult your accountant.

Once the PayPal process is complete, you will receive a Confirmation number for the transaction with PayPal, and an email with your payment details. You will also have the ability to print your payment receipt. It's easy!
